First, I called
to make an appointment to have an
estimate done. It was easy to schedule
the estimate with them on the phone.
They called to confirm the appointment,
they were prompt and quite professional,
ready with answers about questions
regarding the style, quality and
affordability of available blinds. They
gave an estimate, then a few days later,
I send the down payment, made the call to
schedule installation. It was fairly
easy, they came early but with another
phone confirmation prior to the
appointment which was nice.
My mom was the
one who was at home and they were very
professional and respectful to her and
easy to talk to. They were nice and did
not talked down to us, which was very
important to us, since there are still a
lot of racists out there who would not
treat minorities professionally.
