
A customer in Escondido called us and requested a consultation to solve an issue with light control in their formal dining room. In the room, they have two windows and a slider. The two windows face the east and have a wonderful view of Lake Hodges. The slider faces the west and has a view of the hillside.
The homeowner wanted window coverings that matched in the three windows, so our challenge was to find something that could be:
- Horizontal on the two windows and vertical on the slider.
- Something that would block direct light but not cover their view of the lake and hillside.
- Rustic but soft look in the formal dining area.
